Shipping & Returns


Items will only be accepted back for a refund if found to be damaged upon delivery. All damages must be noted to delivery company and stated on delivery note upon delivery. Any damages not reported will result in a refund being refused.


All items include Postage and Packaging. Insurance is optional on all items. Please contact us for details of insurance charges. This covers items in the event of being lost or damaged in transit. Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the company shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.


Goods shall be delivered as soon as ready. We aim to deliver all goods within 1-2 days from receipt of an order. Orders received before 12 noon Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched the same day. Orders are accepted by the Company on the strict understanding that delivery time is not of the essence to the Contract. If a specific delivery date is required please CONTACT US, with details of your order and we will aim to deliver on the specified date. Delivery times are between 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
